At Wiring News, we welcome businesses and professionals to share their articles with our readers. When you submit an article for publication, a fee may be charged to cover editorial review, formatting, and hosting. Because this involves time and resources from our side, refunds are limited.

This page explains when you may be eligible for a refund and when payments are considered final.

1. Our General Approach
  • Once a payment is made, it is normally non-refundable.
  • However, we understand mistakes and special circumstances can happen, so we do allow refunds in certain cases (explained below).
2. Situations Where Refunds Are Allowed

We will issue a refund if:

  • Duplicate Payment: You accidentally paid twice for the same article.
  • Technical Error: A system or payment gateway fault caused a wrong charge.
  • Non-Publication by Us: You submitted an article, paid for it, and we accepted it — but for some reason Wiring News does not publish it within the promised time frame (unless the delay was because you didn’t provide revisions or required documents).
3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Allowed

We cannot provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Rejection for Guidelines: If your article is rejected because it does not meet our editorial or ethical standards.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide not to go ahead after making the payment.
  • Incomplete Submissions: If your article needs corrections and you don’t send them in time.
  • Delays on Your Side: If publication is held up due to missing or inaccurate information from you.

(We highlight these clearly so there’s no confusion before you make a payment.)

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  • Write to us at info@wiringnews.com within 7 days of payment.
  • Share your payment receipt/transaction ID.
  • Clearly explain why you are requesting a refund.

Our support team will review your request within 10 working days and inform you of the decision.

5. How Refunds Are Processed
  • If your refund is approved, we will return the amount to your original mode of payment.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the money to reflect in your account.
